EPLI (Employment
Practices Liability
Insurance)
EPLI is a type of insurance that protects your
company from financial losses if you re sued by an
employee or other parties for issues related to
employment practices. This could include cases like
wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, or
other employment related disputes.
The cost of EPLI is included in your overall PEPM (Per
Employee Per Month) cost. If you re sued, you ll need
to pay a deductible($25,000). After that, the insurance
covers the costs of the lawsuit, including legal fees
and settlements. You re also assigned an attorney
who manages the case for you from start to finish.
401(k) PlanWe take on all the responsibilities for managing and
ensuring the plan s compliance with regulations. This
includes conducting annual audits, overseeing the
performance of the investment funds, tracking which
employees are eligible to participate, and more. This is at no additional cost to you!
Effective 1/1/2025, all companies that offer 401k will
be required to auto enroll their employees into the
plan and help to ensure compliance to that regulation
with your employees.
Record KeepingStoring employee records and documentation.Providing necessary employee information to PEO for
record keeping purposes, ensuring accuracy and
completeness of the documents.
